Than Merrill the star of A&E’s “Flip This House” and founder of CT Homes, LLC and FortuneBuilders.com is one of the most successful real estate investors in the nation. Than is known as the “king of marketing” when it comes to finding under market value properties. In his career he has bought and sold over 500 properties. Blah, blah, blah.

His greatest love besides real estate is his wife Cindy! (Please forward this to Cindy for brownie points!) He also is hoping that one day the Chicago Bears retire his jersey! Well, Than…not all wishes come true because you would have had to played a little more to do have done that! Currently, Paul manages over 25 development projects with five teams of over 35 contractors in nine different cities and three different states. Konrad Sopielnikow, COO of FortuneBuilders Inc. and CT Homes, LLC is the master of business technology. As an integral organizer of the business Konrad has leveraged technology to put the business on auto-pilot. His systems are what have allowed CT Homes, LLC and FortuneBuilders to achieve exponential growth in just a few short years. Staying ahead of industry trends, he is an innovative pioneer who intergrates real estate and technology to consistently explode profits. JD Esajian, star of A&E's "Flip This House," has turned the "art of rehabbing" into a science that can be replicated by anyone. The rehabbing systems he has created allow him manage between 15 & 20 rehab projects at any given time. Not a small feat considering he has 30+ contractors under his supervision at all times. JD's project history is vast and ranges from single family homes to commercial property.

Pat Precourt is one of the most successful preforeclosure investors in the Northeast and across the nation. He started in the preforeclosure business in the late 90's. In 2002, he founded a professional real estate investment company specializing in preforeclosure and short sales. Since then his team has completed well over 500 short sales and will pass the 500 mark this spring. Pat is quickly getting known across the industry as the quiet guru, the guy who speaks with his actions and documented results. Bob Lachance is one of the most successful pre-foreclosure negotiators in the nation. Bob has successfully negotiated over 250 short sales and loan workouts nationwide. A former professional hockey player, Bob is known for finding creative ways to make money; Bob is in the trenches everyday, plowing through challenges and objections while negotiating with various lenders, and learning from his mistakes. Geoff Chadwick is a master technology and outsourcing expert who was part of Barnes & Noble web site launch team back when nobody was buying books online. His technological aptitude, combined with amazing instinct for marketing makes him an awesome addition to the coaching team. In addition, Geoff owned and operated a very successful mortgage company and brings extensive financing knowledge to the program.

Chris Musial comes from a programming background with expertise in developing and optimizing web sites and online systems. He also specializes in social media marketing and video marketing platforms such as YouTube. Finally, on a daily basis, Chris conquers the rules of Google centric world by staying up to date on newest trends in (SEO) search engine optimization and generating online traffic.

Ben Eastman, Ben's experience in Real Estate Investing (owning property in both the US and Australia) has made him an invaluable asset to the FortuneBuilders Team. As Head of FortuneBuilders Student Development, Ben guides FortuneBuilder's Student Investors on how to accelerate their real estate investing business through the utilization of proven business systems and technology. In doing so he has helped a great deal of both novice and experienced Investors take their businesses to the next level and truly achieve financial freedom.

Molly Shaw-Matthers, CEO of the Mastery Program is the "Glue" behind the support, business education, and collaboration of FortuneBuilder's Mastery Program. Combined with an MBA in International Business and her work credentials in Real estate; primarily focusing on training and education, Molly is bringing a whole new level of insight into the program for the students. While working on her MBA, she was also juggling a full-time career and raising a family at the same time. Talk about a great example of perseverance. When she is not playing hard at work, Molly enjoys adventurous activities such as riding dirt-bikes and any other one-on-one experiences that are challenging for the soul! Molly attributes her true success to never giving or taking any excuses.
